Our first graders made their star goal by making great choices and by working together. The class voted to celebrate this accomplishment by having Stuffed Animal Day on Thursday! Your first grader may bring a special stuffed animal to school tomorrow.

We also had a surprise visit from Dr. Ceglarek! He joined in our spelling activity as we practiced using to and two in different ways. Everyone (even Dr. Ceglarek!) gave responses to “I like to…” and “I have two…” Here is his tweet:
